About Sonia

I am a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Nursing from the Philippines. I also passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination. My most meaningful caregiving experience was personally caring for my parents for several years, which taught me the importance of patience, dignity, attentiveness, and genuine companionship. I enjoy spending time with seniors and providing companionship and everyday support, including meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, and other daily activities within the scope of companion care. I am especially interested in one-on-one senior companionship and building a warm, dependable relationship with the person and family I serve. I believe kindness, trust, respect, and genuine human connection can make a meaningful difference in a senior's everyday life.
