About Sonam

Sonam is an outstanding caregiver. Several times a month, he spent focused time with my 84-year-old father, who lives with dementia, providing thoughtful, well-rounded support. This included blood pressure monitoring, light fitness at home with weights and exercise bands, neighborhood walks, and trips to the community center gym for the exercise bike and other equipment. He also handled barber visits, medical appointments, and coordinated seamlessly with other caregivers. Above all else, he brought genuine connection. Sonam is highly competent, responsible, and always on time. But what stood out most was how present he was. He treated my dad with real kindness and respect, managed his schedule well, and I always trusted that my dad was in good hands when Sonam was there. He’s patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. My dad looked forward to his visits, and I could tell those hours meant something to him. Sonam always kept me in the loop afterward with detailed updates that gave me real peace of mind. I’m grateful to have found someone of Sonam’s caliber. His presence made life better for everyone involved, even if just for a few hours at a time. He needed more full-time work when our arrangement ended, but I would happily work with him again if the opportunity arises. I recommend him without reservation.
