Solon was our full time nanny starting when our daughter was 6 months old up until she was a little over a year. I ended up quitting my job to stay home which is the only reason we stopped employing her full time. She still takes care of our daughter a few times per week while she is seeking another full time position. She was an excellent nanny and caretaker for our daughter and we were really lucky to have her (and our daughter loves her too). She has great communication skills and it was always easy to relay a new routine or task to her. She is very reliable and was never late. Solon would be a wonderful addition to any family and we highly recommend her, especially for new parents looking for an infant/toddler nanny.
