About Soleil

Hi families! My name is Soleil, I'm from the South side of Chicago (Bridgeport) and I speak English and Spanish! I am a caring, patient, and reliable babysitter who truly loves spending time with children. I graduated from UW-Madison in 2024 with a Bachelors in Health Promotion Health Equity. Which was a mix of Kinesiology, Psychology, and Rehab Psych courses. I also have certificates in Global Health and Gender/Women Studies. I currently work as a Substitute Teacher, going on my 2nd year, at my very own/old-elementary school, Namaste Charter School. (I love giving back and obvi my background check went through with the school :). I was a Long Term Special Ed Teacher Sub the first year, so I have experience of working with children with disabilities. This school year I'm on rotation with grades K-6. They call me when they need me, so it's not a consistent schedule. I look forward to getting to know you and caring for your little ones!
