About Sofie

I have been working in childcare for about 4 years now, with a few years behind it of unpaid childcare, with Experience taking care of children from ages 0-12, most of my experience being with infants and younger kids. In addition to this I have done volunteer work with elementary students, read for classes, taken classes for childcare, development, safety and completed training to perform CPR on children and infants. I aim for open communication with parents through any preferred method of contact to ensure a comfortable and trusting experience for families. I like to incorporate aspects of learning into activities in ways that are fun and easy to understand for kids. If your child needs help with homework or a fun creative activity I am happy to do so. I am willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, swimming supervision, am comfortable with pets and disability friendly. I can assure your child's safety is my top priority while you're away and hope you'll trust me with the job
