With three years of experience within the Henry County school system, I have cultivated a strong foundation in childhood education and classroom management. During my year as an elementary teacher at Elementary and my two years as a substitute teacher, I excelled at creating a positive and engaging learning environment, building a natural rapport with students, and adapting to the diverse needs of various age groups. My passion for working with children has fueled a deep interest in expanding my knowledge of comprehensive child care and development, and I am eager to apply my classroom skills in a setting that allows me to further nurture and support young minds.
