Sofia worked for our family for approximately 2 weeks in an interim nanny role, with the expectation of continuing a live-in summer position. At the start of her employment, we specifically communicated the importance of reliability & providing notice, as we had prev experienced a caregiver leaving w/out warning. Despite this, Sofia resigned via text message, w/out prior notice, immediately following a scheduled shift in our home. As a result, we had insufficient time to find a replacement.
