About Sofia

Caring for children has always been a passion of mine. I come from a family of 6 therefore being a caregiver has always been an essential part of my life. As a young adult my first jobs were caregiving as a nanny and a lifeguard within my local community in Connecticut. Through my collegiate career at Florida State University I worked as an office assistant for a legal firm and continued to nanny for a family of three beautiful children. Post college I transitioned from the nonprofit space into the role as a pharmacy technician. I am CPR, First Aid, AED, and Water Safety Instructor certified. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers and young children. I have experience with caring for a child with cystic fibrosis, so any special accommodations your child needs I will work my hardest to achieve. I strongly believe that your child should feel safe, confident and connected to their caretaker, if selected I will dedicate my time to ensure this for your children.
