I started babysitting for local families in the Chicagoland area when I was 11 years old, and have always loved taking care of kids! I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Psychology, including coursework in Developmental Psychology. I work part- time for a nonprofit and would love for childcare to be my additional part-time job! I am very gentle and caring with children, understanding that early childhood experiences shape a child's later outcomes. Sofia took care of my 4 kids for 3 years while she was in high school and was always a miracle-worker! When she began, our kids were 8 months, 2 years, 5 years, and 7 years. By the time we’d get home from date night, all the kids were tucked away in bed sleeping and they would always have rave reviews in the morning! They had several babysitters but Sofia was their favorite by far!
