Hi! My name is Sofie, and I'm a 22-year-old pre-nursing student at College of Marin with an AA in Allied Health Sciences. I'm CPR & AED certified and committed to providing safe, respectful, and compassionate care for seniors. I'm patient, attentive, and reliable, and I enjoy offering meaningful companionship while supporting daily needs. I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, mobility support, and daily routines, always prioritizing dignity, comfort, and independence. I'm open to short-term or long-term care and have flexible availability, except Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-1 p.m. due to class.
