About Sofia

Hi! My name is Sofia, and I'm a caring, responsible, and energetic caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children. As the oldest sister of two younger brothers, caring for and looking after younger kids has always been a natural part of my life. I also have over five years of experience caring for children ages 4-12, along with experience coaching kids' basketball and teaching dance to 5th-8th graders. I've taken Early Childhood Education classes, which have helped me better understand children's development and how to create a fun and supportive environment. I love keeping kids engaged through creative activities, games, crafts, and learning while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'm happy to help with homework, carpooling, light housekeeping, and daily routines. I'm patient, dependable, and always want children to feel heard, valued, and comfortable around me.
