About Sofia

I'd describe my personality as friendly, creative, and fun I like working with kids because I have always loved to watch and play with my younger cousins and siblings. It feels rewarding to help and teach children as well as having fun with them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to advance my skills and one that offers me an opportunity to learn more about others. I started working with kids when I was very young. Starting at the age of 15-16, I would constantly look after my younger cousins and siblings. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, hike, see a movie, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I know how to handle stressful situations, I'm able to keep people entertained, and I always work to make people feel comfortable:) My skills include patience, creative thinking, and communication skills. I constantly use active listening to understand a child's needs and it allows me to appropriately manage a situation.
