About Sofia

Hi! My name is Sofia and while I am not a formal educator, I have 2 years of real tutoring experience through my university and enjoy helping others learn! I am a fast learner myself and I adapt easily to different learning styles because I know that what works for one person does not always work for another. I hold a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics with a minor in Computer Science and additional coursework in Data Science. Because of that I am comfortable tutoring across a wide range of subjects including math, science, economics, finance, accounting, business, computer science, and technology related courses. I also offer test prep help! My goal is always to meet you where you are, figure out how you learn best, and make sure things actually make sense before we move on.
