About Sofia

Hi! I'm Sofia, 22, and currently pursuing my Associate's degree in Business. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and truly love what I do. I started volunteering in my church's children's ministry at 12, began babysitting at 14, and later spent 1. 5 years as an au pair in the U. S. These experiences taught me the importance of building trust, supporting routines, and creating a safe, positive environment. I believe children deserve kindness, respect, and consistency. I always acknowledge their feelings while maintaining clear boundaries, feelings are welcome, but boundaries stay the same. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, finding new coffee shops, reading, and spending time with friends. My strengths are building genuine connections, providing calm and consistent guidance, and encouraging children's independence.
