Sofia is the best!  I've worked with her since 2002, and for more than 2 years she has been the most dependable housekeeper I've ever had.  She's a fellow Redondo local and knows the area well. Her work is so great at my house that I asked her to take care of our 6k sqft office and she's been doing fantastic there too.  I would highly recommend her to anybody!

Sophia cleaned our home twice. 
The cleanings were perfunctory at best.

She posts she charges $30/hour, but she said she prefers to charge by the house size.  I ended up paying $120 for 2.5 hours of cleaning. I said I'd rather pay hourly after the second cleaning and she quoted $40/hour. 

Communication was poor. After 2 cleanings she quit replying to texts. I suspect this is because I said I would only pay hourly and she wasn't willing to work for an hourly rate. 

I suggest doing what I did: find a house cleaner who's running or building a solid business and not someone looking for the highest paying side hustles they can get and then moving on to the next [higher paying] mark. 


She's been great!  What a relief to finally find someone reliable and super clean.  Our house always smells great.

I 100% recommend Sophia! She is very thorough and detailed - my home was spotless! She is so kind, listened to my needs, and is flexible. I am so happy I found her and will continue to use her services! :)

She blocked me, without warning or explanation, an hour before she was supposed to show up for the 1st time. Just bailed last second, which put me in a tight spot because I was counting on her. She blocked me right after I asked if she was vaccinated and boosted, so maybe it's related.
