About Sofia

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a genuine passion. For the past eight years, I've dedicated myself to providing engaging and supportive care for children aged 1 to 12+. I have two bachelors degrees in both special education (severe) and elementary education. I have spent all my working years working v with children and adults with disabilities as well as life guarding and teaching swim lessons. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I enjoy incorporating educational games, outdoor activities, and creative play into each day. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and am comfortable enforcing household rules. My patient, creative, and positive personality helps me build strong connections with children. I am excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
