Sofia was amazing! She stepped in last minute to care for my highly reactive baby and handled it with so much patience and care. She took the time to help her get comfortable and settled before I had to leave, which gave me so much peace of mind. Throughout the evening, she sent unprompted updates, pictures, and videos, keeping me completely in the loop. She even went above and beyond by co-sleeping with her, just like we do at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
