About Sofia

Hello, my name is Sofia. I am a stay at home mom with lifelong caregiving experience. I cared for my grandfather with Alzheimer's and my great grandmother who lived to 98. Those years taught me that patience, dignity, and flexibility and the art of being who they need you to be matter most. With dementia, I meet your loved one where they are, even if that means being a "friendly neighbor" or "helpful visitor" to keep them comfortable and calm. If the home is local and baby friendly, as a SAHM I would like to bring my daughter. Many elders enjoy a child's presence and it can make visits more positive. I offer check ins, companionship, simple meal prep, medication reminders, light tidying, and short walks if appropriate. I focus on safety, kindness, and consistent routines so families can have peace of mind.
