Need safe, creative, reliable care from highly-educated grandma? With two years of experience as a Montessori teacher for ages 3-6, several years of high-school babysitting, a year of volunteer service as an Elementary School Art Teacher, and having raised 3 wonderful adults, I am an appropriate caregiver for all ages! My specialty is reading literacy and comprehension (I'm a retired law librarian) I strive to create a fun and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I am patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a car and I am comfortable with pets. Supporting families by providing reliable, safe care is important to me. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm, experience, and analog skillset to your family!
