Skylyn took care of our son from the age of 9 months to 3.5 years old. During that time, she blessed our son and household immensely and is forever a part of our family. She cared for our son with compassion, always ensuring she was listening to him, guiding him, redirecting him, and holding firm boundaries with him, including disciplining him. Skylyn is extremely proactive. She didn't just do what was asked of her (although she did do that!), she took a step back to see the bigger picture to proactively anticipate and meet our son's needs. Skylyn is adaptable. What we, and our son, needed from her over the three years she worked for our family continuously changed as our son grew from a baby into a young boy, and she adapted to every new season and change with an open mind, patience, and grace.
