With two years of experience tutoring math for at Muskegon Community College, I strive to create an engaging, supportive, and patient environment. I actively listen and observe how students interact with new material, encouraging open communication to tailor my approach. By breaking down complex problems and celebrating small successes, I keep students motivated and build momentum. Open dialogue builds trust and collaboration, allowing me to adapt my approach for optimal results. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding.
