Sklyer was responsive in our brief messages through Care website and connected offline and had a phone chat to see if it would be a good fit. We agreed to meet in person. I messaged her four three about meeting myself and the kids in person. No response. Sent her a fourth message to see if I could get ANY response from her on commitment level. No response. I needed someone within the coming days of our initial phone conversation and she could never respond back with anything. Did not appreciate being flaked on, which comes across as very unprofessional. I would've totally understood if plans changed, but got nothing from her. This communicates she was not serious of the opportunity, which made it difficult for a serious parent in need of help.
