About Skyla

I really enjoy working with kids and being a part in their development. I currently have five years of experience taking care of children of all ages, from little toddlers to teens, and it's something I truly love doing. My previous experience has been at a pediatric clinic where I was an assistant and lead teacher for both the school year and summer camps. I am currently attending Towson University and majoring in Speech Pathology so I am looking for a family to babysit for two times a week. In the way of communication, I always make sure to follow what the parents prefer-whether that's texting throughout the day or chatting at pickup. I'm good at sticking to house rules and making sure kids follow them too. Being patient, kind, and friendly comes naturally to me and I would love to make your families daily routines a little more easy going by lending an extra hand.
