About Skylar

Hello! My name is Sky, and I'm an easy-going and caring 19-year-old pet lover! I've always owned pets and loved meeting new animals, so pet care was an obvious choice for me, and I love it! As of now, I'd prefer a full-time position, but would also be open to a part-time position. I have lots of prior experience in pet care. I was a certified dog bather, and in this position, pet safety and handling was drilled into me. I am extremely wary of pet body language/behaviors and know exactly what protocol to follow in pet-related emergencies whether it be a medical issue, dog fights, or a situation in which we'd need to evacuate the home. I pride myself in treating all pets as if they were my own. I know how I'd want my pets to be cared for, so I perpetuate that same behavior! After all, our furry friends are part of the family! In my personal time, I do drawing/design commissions! I love going on walks and listening to music to de-stress. I look forward to meeting you!
