About Skylar

I have over a year of experience working in a rehabilitation setting, where I assisted patients recovering from surgery, illness, and injury. In that role, I helped with activities of daily living, mobility support, monitored patients as they worked toward regaining independence, and assisted with medication management. I currently work in in-home care with elderly patients, providing one-on-one support in their homes. My responsibilities include assisting with daily care, managing medications, monitoring changes in condition, and helping with more complex needs such as feeding tubes and suctioning. This role has given me experience working independently and adapting care based on each patient's specific needs.
