About Skylar

Hi, my name is Skylar! I'm a recent graduate of the University of Arizona's BSN program, and I'm working toward a career in pediatric nursing. In the meantime, I'm seeking childcare opportunities so I can continue doing what I love-working with children and supporting their growth and well-being. Through my nursing education, I've gained experience caring for kids of all ages, along with CPR and First Aid certification. I bring a calm, attentive, and safety-focused approach, along with an outgoing, passionate, and supportive personality. As a new graduate, I've found that breaking into pediatrics can take time. I see childcare as a meaningful way to stay engaged, build experience, and continue pursuing my passion for working with children while I move toward my long-term goals.
