Skylar watched my two young kids for 3 months. I had missed a lot of work due to her frequent sick days. I also had to repeat my requests of her a couple of times (not allowing screen time past a certain time, not forcing my infant son to use a binky, and ensuring my daughters diaper was changed promptly - I came home one day to my daughter walking around in an extremely soggy and full diaper). She also allowed her mother into my home when I was not home without me knowing. Skylar is very sweet, but she is young and immature.
