About Skylar

Hi! My name is Skylar and I'm currently a junior at Texas State University studying education with fully remote classes. I have a flexible weekday schedule and I'm looking for a full-time nanny position! I've been nannying for a sweet 2-year-old girl, but she recently got into her daycare program, so I'm no longer needed-and now I'm hoping to find a new family to work with long-term! I have extensive experience with children of all ages-from coaching gymnastics for kids 6 months to 12 years old, to babysitting and nannying for children from 4 months. I also volunteer with toddlers at my church's kids' ministry and am first aid certified. I'm very patient and always use redirection or gentle communication to support children through big feelings or challenging moments. I'm comfortable with light housework, meal prepping, laundry, and driving, and I'm great with pets too! I'd love to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for your family!
