About Skylar

While I am from the East Coast, I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley in Global Studies (functional concentration in Peace + Conflict, regional concentration in MENA) and Legal Studies! I was a Camp Director for KE Camps at Orinda Country Club where I ran and organized all activities for a group of 4-8-year-olds. I grew up babysitting my three younger siblings in addition to many other children and have two summers worth of life guarding experience. In Berkeley, I served as a co-learner to 6th-8th grade girls* at Willard Middle School where I taught students about social justice topics surrounding organization, advocacy, and solidarity, specifically focusing on housing and food insecurity in the Berkeley/Oakland areas. Throughout high school, I was a student-work study at the Pittsburgh CLO Academy of Musical Theater. Please contact me with any questions :)
