About Skylar

Hi, I'm Skylar! I am a freshman student at the University of South Carolina living in Savage, MN this summer. I love spending time with kids and have much experience in various areas throughout the years! I am energetic, radiate positivity, and charismatic. I am seeking a position in which I can better my (now elementary) Portuguese speaking skills. More Experience: Youth Grief Services Volunteer Organized and facilitated group activities to council youth (first and second graders) through the healing process by offering a network of services that supported, educated and connected grieving families. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Volunteer Assisted NICU staff in duties to aid families during hospitalization and demonstrate excellent customer service, maintained confidentiality, and practiced proper infection control. No Boundaries Lacrosse Coach Lacrosse program for mental, physical, and/or health disability that inhibits them from playing on a mainstream lacrosse team.
