Hi! My name is Skyla, and I am a Psychology student at Regis College with experience working with children with special needs, including autism. I currently work as a Behavior Technician, providing one-on-one support to help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I am patient, caring, and understand that every child learns differently. I enjoy creating a positive and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged to grow. I love building strong relationships with both children and families and strive to provide dependable, individualized care. My goal is to help every child feel safe, supported, and successful while making learning and everyday activities fun and engaging.
