About Skye

Hey there, y'all. I'm Skye. I'm a recent transplant to Tacoma by way of Orcas Island, where I worked for six years in preschools, camps, and sitting for local children. Prior to that, I lived in Georgia for 30 years where I worked mostly in customer service, but also traveled to Maine each summer for six years to teach at the same amazing camp. I've worked with youth in many capacities: as a sitter, a preschool teacher, a Montessori assistant teacher for a year, an outdoor environmental educator, and a camp counselor. I appreciate spending time with children and being someone that they and their families can depend on to provide quality care and kindness.
