About Skye

The skills that brought me to each of my previous jobs include patience, compassion, understanding, and the ability to recognize that every individual is unique. My experience working with autistic children and adults even elderly taught me that no two people are the same. Everyone has their own strengths, challenges, and personality. Some individuals may need more assistance, while others may be more independent. I learned to be patient, adaptable, and understanding while meeting each person where they are. I truly loved and enjoyed my past work experiences. Working with people has always been something I found meaningful. I chose to step away from my career for a period of time because I had a son, wanted to dedicate my time and attention to being there for him. It was an important decision for me as a parent, and I am grateful that I was able to have that time with him. Now I am ready to pursue my passion and that's working with people!
