My passion stems from positive experiences in previous roles and a deep desire to support well-being and independence. I have some college education. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands and shopping. I am also experienced in home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I respect each person's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
