About Sisilia

Sisilia is a Polynesian cultural educator, choreographer, entrepreneur, and caregiver with 15 years of paid professional caregiving experience and a background in Exercise Physiology. As the founder of MDS and Creative Director of the IIF, she is passionate about preserving Pacific Island cultures through education, performance, and community. Her work focuses on creating spaces where people feel connected, represented, and proud of their heritage. As a mother of two, Sisilia balances entrepreneurship, community leadership, and a shared caregiving schedule while continuing to serve others through both cultural education and caregiving. Whether she's teaching dance, organizing community events, or supporting families, her mission is simple: to help people feel seen, valued, and connected to something bigger than themselves.
