Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. I find great fulfillment in supporting adults' and seniors' independence. My previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to help others. My first year in the medical field I was a pediatric medical assistant for three years. I then decided to go back into school and aim for my BSN, RN. I then switch jobs and been working in memory care for one year over nights. While I have online school during the day. I maintain my balance with school, work & kids. I bring patience and a calm demeanor to my work. I'm friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I keep families informed with daily reports and regular verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I am trained in CPR. I look forward to bringing my skills and compassion to your family.
