I am a 70-year-old retired companion caregiver with over five years of experience supporting seniors. I enjoy staying active and am looking for meaningful work that keeps me busy while helping others. I provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support, along with assistance with light housekeeping (indoors and outdoors), transportation for errands and appointments, and help with light exercise or physical therapy as directed. I am kind, honest, dependable, and patient. I enjoy meeting new people and building genuine connections. As a widow and active church volunteer, serving others is very important to me. My goal is to be a friendly, trustworthy companion who helps seniors feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their day.
