We hired Siobhan right after we were left stranded without a sitter. One just left without noticed just a text. I contacted Siobhan and we spoke a few times about the days, time & pay. We came to an agreement. She worked an amazing two weeks with my kids. They fell in love with her. Then after 2 weeks and full explanation of what we didn't want someone just quitting on us and not proper notice or explanation. She did the same thing. Text on a Sunday night after getting paid. She quits. SO as two full time working parents on her quitting on us after giving verbal agreement & bringing her into our home and children's lives. She quits on short notice. We even worked our busy schedule around her family's appointment. How she left wasn't expected and very unprofessional. Wish it would've worked out she was very good with the kids, but don't agree to a job and just leave like that.
