I am passionate about supporting well-being and independence, and I find great fulfillment in my work. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care, among other services. I also assist with dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
