In interviewing Simone, her knowledge and passion for babies and children was immediately evident. She was professional, flexible, kind, and energetic both over the phone and in person. While she cared for my 2-month-old, her experience was evident. Simone was warm and caring with the baby—handling my baby with the same level of tenderness and attention that I do. She was reliable, arriving on time and following instructions. Simone also openly communicated updates and questions while she cared for the baby. She accompanied me to a routine pediatrician appointment so that I could avoid lifting and bending with the baby while recovering from childbirth. She safely harnessed the baby in the car seat, converted the Doona car seat to stroller while on the go, and assisted me throughout the outing. My experience was positive hiring Simone.
