Simone is a gem we found during a difficult time in our lives. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional 1 on 1 care she has provided our son over the past two years after his extended NICU stay. She embraced her role wholeheartedly—treating him as her own, quickly mastering the use of his feeding pump and medications, offering us peace of mind with her thoughtful updates, and providing invaluable guidance to me as a first-time mother. We have two small dogs and she also helped us out with them also. They loved her. As she embarks on her next chapter, my husband and I extend our best wishes and deepest gratitude.
