Simone has been amazing! We needed help urgently, as I was starting a new job. For the last few months, she has taken great care of my 3 kids, including a 5 year-old who requires constant supervision, and has also expertly handled countless pick ups and drop offs at after school events (at 3 different schools). She has been very responsible, always showing up on time and telling us well in advance the couple times that she had a conflict. She has been extremely flexible, modifying her hours and work to fit changes that came up in our schedule. She has also been great at communication throughout our work with her. I would definitely work with her again if the opportunity presented itself!
