About Simona Lucille

My name is Simona and I am a second year pre-med student, studying biology, German and Spanish at UGA. I offer both childcare and tutoring services. I'm passionate about helping students achieve academic success in their unique learning styles. With three years of experience tutoring students from elementary through high school, I have learned to actively listen and vary my teaching strategies, incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I also emphasize communication with parents about the student's progress and am always open to feedback, adapting my teaching style accordingly. My style of tutoring is designed to encourage active learning, so that the student feels equipped to eventually handle learning independently. I can help with math, science, Spanish, German, and study skills. I'd love to use my skills to help your student succeed!
