Before become a mom I was a live-in nanny for 5 years for the same family and I also have worked as an aupair for 2 years and also several babysitting jobs. After having my kids I become even more passionate about everything to do with child development. I use positive parenting techniques, making sure they understand the rules and boundaries. I'm firm but also fun! I'm looking to find a position to work on evening, overnight and weekends. My day to day with kids usually looks like this: Outings to libraries, parks. I spend long time outdoors. When indoors I spend a lot of time reading aloud, doing arts and craft and playing board games. I try to make it really fun and leave very little to no room for screens. Silvia is such an amazing baby sitter and my kids absolutely love her. We try to have her watch the kids any opportunity we can. She is always on time, communicates well, and is caring with them.
