Silvia was great with our son and we were really excited to work with her. However after accepting the position as a part time nanny and working for us for one week, she sent a text on Sunday night before starting her second week that she had accepted another position due to them offering more hours. I have no problem with the fact that she needed to do what’s best for her financially. However she did not disclose she was still speaking to other families when she accepted our offer, then gave us almost zero notice to find a replacement for that same week, and went about it in a very unprofessional way. We are extremely disappointed because we don’t just open our home to anyone and our son had already started to bond with her.
