My approach to communication with parents involves detailed daily reports and verbal updates during pickup, ensuring that they're always well-informed about their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable in that role. I believe in fostering a structured and disciplined environment while maintaining a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. Engaging children in various activities is a joy for me. I love organizing outdoor sports and physical games that get them moving, as well as board games and puzzles that stimulate their minds. Educational games that promote learning are also a favorite of mine.
