Sylvia is an amazing person. I interviewed and hired her for my friend's special needs, adult son. She is not only reliable, she is empathetic, caring and intuitive in how she works with people/patients. She is well loved by her former clients (and I spoke to several sincere and authentic people she has worked for for long periods over the years, that all love her, feel grateful for the detailed care and heartfelt treatment she provided to their loved ones in their time of need, and would hire her again in a heartbeat). I'm not sure what that one poor reference was referring to; it is grossly inaccurate as well as making negative assumptions about a person of good character.
