About Silvia

We have been incredibly lucky to have Silvia as our nanny. She has cared for our son since he was just 5 months old, and her impact on our family has been truly invaluable. Silvia supported him through major milestones, including transitioning to solids, dropping naps, maintaining a consistent daily schedule, and encouraging early movement like scooting and crawling. She has also been teaching him Spanish, which we love and truly value. She is thoughtful, intentional, and deeply knowledgeable about infant development, always keeping his growth, safety, and well-being at the center of everything she does. Silvia regularly takes our son on enriching outings such as trips to local parks and story time at the library, providing him with social exposure and age-appropriate stimulation. Our son absolutely adores her—he lights up and smiles every time she arrives, which speaks volumes about the loving and secure bond she’s built with him. We fully trust her judgment and care, especially when navigating busy neighborhoods and shared spaces. Despite Bay Area traffic and logistics, she has never been late or called out sick—she is consistently punctual, reliable, and professional. She is also flexible and willing to stay later when needed, which made my transition back to work completely seamless. As our son starts daycare at one year old, we are so sad to be losing Silvia full time. She has truly been an asset to our family, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her. Silvia will be an invaluable addition to another household, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
