Silvia has been our full-time nanny for the past month, caring for our 6-month-old, and she’s been truly wonderful. She’s reliable, warm, and a great communicator. In just a short time, she introduced solids, managed bottle feeding, and led lots of fun developmental play. She quickly adapted to our parenting style and gave us total peace of mind—making the transition back to work so much easier. We’re only parting ways because we’re relocating. We’ll miss her dearly, and any family would be lucky to have her!
