I hired her to be a light duty caregiver with the emphasis on being a companion for my mom. She didn't interact with or show much interest towards my mom. I left instructions on what activities to do and what not to do and she ignored my requests after i left her notes for each shift. I have a camera on and could see her sitting watching TV, doing her paperwork, and her word searches etc instead of interacting with my mom and do crafts, games etc. I made this very clear to her. She was supposed to be a companion and not act like a babysitter.
