Silvana is simply incredible. The best house manager and best nanny you could wish for! As a nanny (occasionally, when my daughter was home from daycare), thanks to her years of experience, Silvana would be super sweet and entertain my daughter for hours. As a house manager, Silvana took care of cleaning (to perfection and super efficiently!), laundry, and cooking for my daughter and often for the whole family. Thanks to Silvana, I was allowed to completely forget about the constant mental accounting of taking care of my house. We simply agreed on a basic weekly schedule I thought would be ideal (eg: bed sheets should be changed weekly, bathroom should be cleaned twice a week) and Silvana took care of everything independently, always going above and beyond. Silvana would even message me at the end of every week with a list of things that needed restocking (like groceries and cleaning supplies). Professional, efficient, caring and kind. I truly cannot recommend her enough!
